EO 15w50 comes from COE?  shocking.gif
i think i go puchong one
i heard SC PE puchong jaya bad service. maybe i'll go to SC puchong indsutrial park (trisilco service centre)
hope that they dun use 15w50

That one is FS. Your new car should use 10W-40 or 10W-30 SS for 1K service.

I said many times, if regular service just do it at regular small SCs. I went to COE coz only they have Petronas FS EO, mana tau ialah 15w-50  doh.gif

use semi syn EO at the moment as u still need service every 5k, FS EO will be wasted...

refer ur booklet, if not wrong... only use FS EO when the car is allowed to service every 10k onwards

sifus pls correct me if wrong icon_question.gif

5K still the same. As for 10K, it is up to you whether to use SS or FS.
I use FS for 10K because follow the oil change interval of 10K instead of 5K.

1k, 5k, 10k also use 10W-40 or 10W-30 Semi syn EO. after that, if want service every 5k, use semi syn. if want service every 10k, use full syn.

me opt for semi syn service every 5k because it takes me around 5 month to service every 5k.
my 5k service : sept 2011, 10k service : april 2012. 15k service : expected late august/ early september. now around 1k to complete 15420 k mileage. last night meter 14141.

The odometer problem i suffered when i get my car last time...the culprit is they unplug the socket @ gearbox to cheat mileage, probably they drive my car from factory rather than carried by lorry. I went back dealer there and they just plug back the socket, settle. vmad.gif
