Yes. SK came for measurement and came up w a proper design, whereas i just gave my measurement to dFormat n quoted w a very basic design. However the $ is almost 4 times. So, i assumed if similar design SK will stl be more ex. Actually I hav my heart set on SK, but just wan to be reassured that their quality is really more superior

Oh one more thing! Go to another branch! I went to three and the price all different 😅

Bofi i only got to know after they came for measurement n asked for my budget, which i replied i dont know, wat does yr price ranges from, n the designer sd normally fr 50k. Ya, i nearly pengsan. I told hery budget is 20k, n she sd she will work around it. Not sure if she's just being polite or wat.. kakakakak... lets see if they will give me a quotation or not. If not, then faham-faham sendiri la ... lols

Difficult to say. I did get quote from bofi, verra, kent kitchen, and three different SK
I gave them my own design which is very plain and simple. Only base cabinets. No tall, no wall cabinets.
All swing doors, no drawers. One narrow pull out for bottles. White color.

Almost all of them changed and added all sorts of things to my plan. All way over my budget.
At last I went to one SK outlet near my place. The guy quoted me 6k plus. I was wondering if he calculated wrongly but no he calculated based on exactly what I wanted.
Long story short, we signed up. In the end, we changed the color which bump the price up to almost 9k. Still way below the rest of the quotes.

Signature Kitchen is just a brand, workers that attached to the brand are different by location, branch and the stupidity of the consumer.

Same measurement, same material , SK quoted RM33k

others company like Dformat, Sunshine, IIKO concept, Manis Decor = < RM20k

My experience was I go their showroom in Puchong. Than give them floor plan. After do some initial measurement on the plan came out with some quick sketch and material like gloossy surface door and Quartz table top. The size is about 23 feet of cabinets upper and lower. Price came up to roughly 40k

What kind of material bofi use for that 50k?. Is it aluminum cabinet?

Dont think so, because i never mention aluminium. Anyways, the 50k the designer mentioned was the price they normally charge for my kitchen size (not big ya...). Btw, i hav a quotation fr dformat for aluminium kitchen cabinets (floor unit only) , and its nowhere near 50k.

Usually for a 10 foot run for top and bottom cabinets made from aluminum will cost about 30k

I just visited SK in ss15 subang. The sales person seemed friendly. Now they have sales 50% on some cabinet materias. It is very tempting.
