If u upped your budget a bit to 1.3k then you can score some used 16 gigger from garage sales pretty easily.

how many of u use siri every week? i wondering... plan to wait ip5 release in malaysia but siri seems not so useful for me in malaysia...anyway let me know if i am wrong here..as last time i know siri does not have much info about malaysia info so ask a lot of things also dono...
*
That's because Siri here is localized version. It's supposed to react like typical Malaysian passerby. Ask anything, 9/10 times you get a "Tak tau LOL".

Is it safe to charge my phone with a 2V output? Bought an external battery pack (YooBao) recently and I tried charging with 1A, keeps disconnecting but when I tried with 2A, no problems. I heard that 2A is for rapid charge but degrades the battery over time. Is that true?

May i know ur warranty is by local telco or Apple? Just send in for repair and name them the problem.. they will troubleshoot and applied any necessary solution to fix it if there was problem with the phone. But seriously only do this when u have a spare phone as they may took a very long time to have it fixed... sweat.gif

My 4s is under maxis warranty which expired dec 2012. Had issues with my loudspeaker that day and sent it to maxis. They told me to wait for about 2 weeks but after a week I received a call from maxis to get my phone. I got a brand new replacement set which never occured to me since my iphone's problem is not a major one.

After 1 year of using iphone 4s(bought it on launch day 16/12/11), it's not as smooth as expected, kinda disappointed tho.

Apps refresh itself, feel like it's RAM is not enough to handle phone's usage. Facebook lag, whatsapp lag, line lag, notification centre lag, even when your phone is locked and you trying to swipe it to reply, when suddenly 2nd message pop up and u can feel the lagness when swiping your phone.

And my 4s ringer is realizable lower volume than iphone 4.

Hard reset may have done week by week to solve all the issue, getting annoyed by this. All of this issue is it coz' by iOS 6.0.1 ? My iphone 4s is running iOS 6.0.1, if any 4s user out there encounter this problem too please feel free to drop comment here so this prove that this not my phone's problem so i don't have to claim warranty at digi biggrin.gif

Didn't notice any lag after 11 months of usage. Usually I will do full restore for every firmware update nod.gif

Dude, u should just stick to ios5. Superbly smooth. I dont see any good in ios6. So I made a right decision not to upgrade biggrin.gif
