Frankly speaking, I know that they will have the record and charge me later. It's not easy for financial institution like bank to make a mistake like that.

Not really expecting anything for free unless I'm really deserve it like winning a contest or promo.

Did anyone in the forum receive the RM100 welcome bonus for new applicants? From the T&C, it seems only 3,390 first user who swipe RM800 with Amex will receive it.

My gf received her card during the defined period and just swipe RM800 last weekend, not sure she'll received it or not.

if you go do redeem on the spot at Parkson or Harvey Norman for example, the system will auto deduct for you (or you can even choose where you want the points to be deducted from). When Calling CS, tell them to use your Supp cards points or vice-versa.

It's weird why metrojaya can deduct from amex treat points only (recently) and not from both cards. I remember last time their CS did it before from both cards.

It depends on how the CS is trained to use the website to redeem TreatsPoints.
You can even deduct points up to 2 decimal points brows.gif brows.gif
I will always look at their screen to "teach" them what I want to achieve.

Asked to type in the text box and click confirm... I wanted to zero-ise TP in my other MBB accounts/CC and maintain AMEX as the primary TP storage.

I like to consolidate all TP to one single account for easier monitoring ...
The rest CC/CASA gets points are ad-hoc basis. Maybankard 2 AMEX is the TOP PRIORITY

CASA earns point from payment to selected 3rd party payee (i.e. Securities Firm), debit card swipe (which I never do)
