No, not downgrade the browser version but the flash version. Give this one last try before downgrade your flash. Disable the flash acceleration. Make sure your firefox is on stock settings.

Go to options and look for advance tab. Should be under browsing category. Have you try safe mode?

I post a guide incase you do not know how to. Try disable one by one add on / plug in see if any of those are causing conflict.

Leave the services sync true. Do not modify it. That is the sync system stuff.
Thanks for the info. I left the setting as true, as suggested.

This is getting dumb. Everytime I restart firefox, it loads up ALL the previous tabs. Checking/unchecking "don't load tabs until selected" didn't work at all.

Already gone through google to check it out but to no avail. Wtf doh.gif

And still showing your old tab every time you restart FF? Try clean reinstall. Delete AppData Firefox files.

no need to reinstall, try resetting

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-...x-most-problems

if that doesn't fix it, backup your bookmarks and start a new profile.

Evening.

From here, it seems my bookmark is till ok since it still has this;

CODE
{"title":"","id":1,"dateAdded":1222235886083009,"lastModified":1223244020340428,"type":"text/x-moz-place-container","root".........................

This solution might work, but this user alterna did not teach step by step on how to create a bookmarklet etc.
Step by step with screenshots might help.
Lazy teacher.

I do not know how to create a bookmarklet.

But I tried; is this correct?
Right click on the toolbar and select 'New Bookmark', paste javascript on the 'Description'.N
Then what?

What is the original bookmark file size that you have backup?

Any reason not to use Firefox build-in bookmark sync feature?
It is the best feature ever make for Firefox.
Just do the setup and the sync is automatic ....

I don't know what you are up to but do paste the javascript at 'location' not 'description'.

Hi guys.

Hm My FF version is 18.0

Funny thing is, how do I bookmark all tabs?

Seems the function is no longer available in the 'Bookmarks' at the toolbar.

Advise please?
