Maybe you can give the beta a try. Do look at the log if there are any changes on last build.

Which version of ff? Do you have a anti virus program in your pc? It could be searching for AV.

14.0.1

got antivirus, using avast @@
*
Probably your avast is slow in scanning the file. Firefox does not have a virus scanner so it will use your default AV. Anyway, how big is the file?

less than 1mb =.=
or maybe my computer noob already ?
just 2gb ram, dual core =.=
*
Regardless of the pc spec, i still think it should not take a long time to complete scan for less than 1mb file. Suggest disable the auto scanning download and use your avast to scan the file manually.

how to disable auto scanning download for firefox ???
can't find it
*
1. Type about:config into the location bar and press enter
2. Accept the warning message that appears, you will be taken to a list of preferences
3. Locate the preference browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone and double-click on it to change its value to false

Thanks! did change it to false too.

Wondering, when I search for the file, there are two similar files :

browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone
services.sync.prefs.sync.browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone

Is it okay if I change both to false?
*
Leave the services sync true. Do not modify it. That is the sync system stuff.

Version 15.. I think is the latest version.. I had tried reinstall also the same..
When I start using it is no problem, after few hours of browsing it start to crash..
*
Try using flash version 14 else downgrade the version to stable version. And give this link a read too.

Do u mean downgrade to Mozilla version 14? Adobe flash currently latest is 11.4 for the plugins..
*
No, not downgrade the browser version but the flash version. Give this one last try before downgrade your flash. Disable the flash acceleration. Make sure your firefox is on stock settings.
