Despite my bad opinion about the project in terms of soil, leasehold and location as compared to other cbj projects, I was informed that many people bought the project. But now people r saying that the sales are not good? eiii?

whatever it is, for anybody to make an investment, u need to listen to urself. just hear what others say but make ur own judgement.

The actual facade surprisingly looks better than the brochure! A bit isolated but jus a road across to cyberjaya and much cheaper than cyberjaya properties. Worth to think about it if u want to have a first home but with limited budget. Why pay rent, whenu can start a first property now with a well planned township.

all unit almost kena sapu already.. 2/3 bed apartment almost gone.. (probably less than 5-10 left).. studio still have a number of holes here n there.. good deal for late buyer/first home owner?( unit almost completed (expected VP Feb? if further delay might push back till Q2-Q4 i dont know haha).. show unit is in the apartment block itself :-P i dont expect you could easily rent it for studio since it's a bit far from everything..

Cheap but theres price to pay...it may take this area of development another 5-10 years to partially or fully mature ...

Some more the only leasehold prop in cyber...but the building design itself look nice...however location wise is a bit off...overall more ?? Marks over + points wether it will turn out profitable investment in the long run...

If the pricing, BU size, layout and facilities are OK, even though leasehold i think still OK to go.
Better than those SOFO / SOHO / studio at least it's a decent size for family of 4.
First time buyer with budget constraint, can look further into this project.

I think the same existing discount. 17% bumi, they told this is the unfinished unit due to e.g. buyer loan rejected, cancellation etc

heard the completion is on Feb 2015. The building looks ready to live now.
Theres new mall built..with Tune hotel and cinema..Looks that this will be a hot place soon hmm.gif

Should get the key by Feb 2015 hopefully. But damn, its been a frustrating experience for buyers to wait after so many delays.

Anyone planning to move in by Feb/March?
