fitting such a big technology into small iem... if we can have T1 sound in Iem... I couldn't imagine that... maybe something like IE800.

Yea, they are just lacking on decent IEM range, they are good in headphone, but earphone will require some extra speed to catch up with Sennheiser or ATH.

Better for Beyer to improve QC standards first before venturing into new R&D. Seeing how their dt1350, xp1/2/3 had it's own defects and durability.

Letting go a new in box DT231 and a 1 month old XP2, both with warranty from Jaben if anyone is interested. My XP1 finally died of cable issue at the jack after 2+ years
