Hahha, I was just kidding. If you ask me, I still prefer I&P products because of the good materials used. I am confident that we can get it G&G. If i have to pull strings, I will try.

cheahcw2003, I think you got confused on which is pentas 2 and pentas 3. Pentas 2 mostly signed snp already. Only 4 unsold. Pentas 3 just launched.

I am sure it will all be sold by next year end.Even when I&P staff a bit goyang kaki. huhu. some cannot yet sign s&p coz new bnm rules. i got mine because of that too but pentas 1

Just to inform that Pentas 1 finished on the day of launching itself. I was frustrated that time but someone tak lepas loan, so i picked it up. I think Pentas 2 price increased already including pentas 3. More over those units are near rm1 million or above.and pentas 1, 2 and 3 launches are not too far from each other. Just comparing those new launches with many units and above rm 1 million, i think Pentas units are doing pretty good. How is citra doing?

Try checking Temasya Glenmarie developer price and now bank valuation price after they managed to get it G&G. I think we can also cipta record if we can get it G&G.

Yup, agree with jucl. From the buyers of Pentas that I chit chatted with, all of them bought for own stay. I didnt meet any investors that were thinking of flipping. But i havent met all of them so cannot conclude for everybody. I think any property that is saleable doesnt need any promoter in any forum. Only time will tell, I guess.

When I bought AI, i never thought of flipping as soon as VP. I have always thought it as long term. Same as
cyberjaya and jalan ampang. Other places like setia alam, puchong etc are more suitable for shorter term investment.imho. But short term for me is 5years. I never believe in selling very fast because not worth my time buying to dispose so quickly. appreciation probably not worth too.
