how much you think the semi-d and bungalow will be? I think semi-d would be around RM2 mil while bungalow would be around RM3 mil

Yeah, I agree with jucl. By the end of the day, whatever affecting TTDI will affect I&P and vice versa. For instance, if lots of p.diddy and usher living in TTDI, people will talk about AI being a blackie place. I&P will surely be affected if this happens. So no p.diddy and usher in AI. smile.gif

On guard house and fence, hmmm. This one so many2 times already talk about it. Just see it soon with own eyes. smile.gif

eh i was supposed to get dibs for 2nd year but i wont be getting anything because i just bought in jan 2012. i am servicing interest now.if complete new year, i will never experience 2nd year dibs. (dibs starts counting from first drawdown, right?)

Why cant I&P give DIBS starting from 1st year? Instead of 2nd year from 1st drawdown. (mcm tak ikhlas aje nak kasi DIBS). kekeke

Hahaha. Ya lor. Coz by the time u gonna reach 2nd year from the 1st drawdown, your house almost 100% completed so sorry, no DIBS for you. Thats why when I bought Pentas 1, in my mind already set, haiiyaaa, sure no DIBS for me. Maybe for earlier buyers, just a few months only if you are lucky.

haiyo P3 smaller but more expensive? So can consider price increased from P1 to P2 and from P2 to P3?

imho, AI price is undervalued. I couldnt get the house with that land size and build up with that price
anywhere around that area. AI still has potential for further appreciation. got an inside info that commercial will come very soon along with hypermarket, international school. however, i didnt manage to korek more. why I&P behaving like how they are behaving? i dont know. didnt really bother to work hard to sell. didnt even bother to mention what are the "extras" they will provide (they gave extra alarm system, fence (oppsss)) but never mention to buyers and they just keep quiet on further developments on that area. why? dunno. thats how they are. most developers will even overpromise but underdeliver. but this one most of the time, underpromise, overdeliver. not so good in terms helping sales in my opinion.
