Wah, a lot of compliments, my buntut kembang already. huhu. no la, I have missed out a lot of good properties last 3-4 years. dont wanna make same mistake again. i checked about 1 month ago, therr are still unsold units due to loan not approved

eymc, not really bro. If u check out other phases of alam impian I&P, there are fences and being paid by owners of the houses. Canting will be next from what I heard that will be fenced

For such a nice home, i want to see proper gated like kemuning utama or Naza Alam Impian those type of fence

is quite good looking too thats minimum standard and i am not even touching advance like eletric fence yet.

ok bro. If u dont have any other options, yeah probably mbsb is the way to go. yup i do think alam impian is a good choice as it is relatively cheaper compared to other areas for thr size u r getting
