Anyway..i have got no chance to do site visit, but from the photos, it doesnt seem like having a build up of 3500sf and 25x85...i wonder where all the additional sf went! rclxub.gif

Haha...I don't believe u guys borrowed for down payment for pentas..all already vested at many places..Anyway why I mentioned johor is because i hope i can subsale to singaporean and earn their sgd

I Also thinking of penang. It's.quite similar with hk. Limited land hence definitely safer than other areas..some more properly ran by dap. Very desirable city!

I think AI development a bit different from other developer..the earlier phases seems to be on a more strategic location than those new phases. (e.g. Nukilan) Not very often i see these type of development pattern.

Looking at the entire master plan, seems like Pentas' fengshui not bad at all..right at the center of the development (save for the medium cost apartment which i hope they have obtained approval to move it else where)
