Actually I did show wikimapia to SA, but they were not sure about those landmarks too. So, I'm eager to know if anyone can confirm on this matter. If those landmarks are true, then AI will really become even better.

Went to Sales Gallery today, SA made a correction and confirmed that phase A2-01(b) will be 24x80, not 24x90. There was a mistake on the model house. From staff magazine (internal reading), it supposed to be launched in July, but delayed. The price written in the magazine is RM798,888 to RM1,698,88. Quite similar to subsales 24x80 price I believe.


So, there will be no 24x90 in AI?

Although the SA were not firm, but they are quite sure to be launched in October. But phase A2-01(a) will be launch next year, surely the price will be even higher.

yeah, the price too steep. But I am sure when it is launched, still many will grab it, because the location is simply irresistible.

As I dropped by around 12pm, Nukilan 3 left only the unit facing t junction/south, all others sold. Pentas 4 left 2 end lot no booking yet. Tenun sales no much changes, but notice 2 Chinese families look interested.

No special incentives provided, same old free spa & 50% off Mot.

Rather small this time in my opinion.

Intermediate: 2454sqft
Small corner/Endlot: 2477sqft
Large Corner: 3468sqft
