My prediction is no more. They may launch similar one but not Pentas. Base on previous launches, u have Canting 1,2,3
Similarly u have only Nukilan 1,2,3.
No 4.

Bro if you wait longer, the house will become more expensive.

Next 25x85 are expected to be priced from min 850k - 900k. Eventually it will breach 1mio mark!

If orientation is due to feng shui, I advise you to get a sifu. Even though your house is physically facing south o north, he can help you to adjust, shift and lean it towards west or north west using his feng shui kung fu...hehehe

3 storey with 25X85 foot print is madness. Easily 4500sf! Yet is a link house only. What is InP 's strategy. They are building bigger and bigger link house. IMHO link house should not bigger than 3700sf. Anything bigger, people are willing to trade off for smaller bu semi d. At least u have land.
Afterall trend now is family is getting smaller. House work alone will kill you not to forget maids are so easy available nowadays..
Sometimes is easier to get "mates" than maids.. Hehehe

I dont think u kena conned. Probably they adopt different method calculation. i suspect for p1+p2 they use IMS whereas for P3 they use AMS.
Otherwise how do one explain different BU when the land size is the same, 25x85

It doesn't matter whether AMS o IMS, what is important is consistency. If inp adopt IMS for P1+P2 technically they should oso adopt IMS for P3, not AMS. Otherwise you are comparing apple with orange and this can be very deceiving. Perhaps they engage diff architect for P3 and that explains the differences.
