Anyway guys,

I&P just told me that the meeting with board will be in May. This is because there are a lot of seatings will be on in April. I will keep you updated from time to time.

We still have time to help our friends in I&P to propose to board. What do you suggest? I guess we have to show them that we have been supportive to the good name of I&P, right?

One thing left. Need the list of owners of pentas. This is a bit tricky due to secrecy act.

Hi Chris.....yeah....waiting for next phase.  Don't want to buy subsales.....don't need for own stay now and one too many props to hold.

Yeah....SA said next month.  I think launching the one beside Pentas 3 and also beside the tenum shoplot.

M still considering whether to get the 22x80, or the 25x85.

I think if for own stay, 22x80 is sufficient for me.  Which one you think have better value in the long run?....in terms of % appreciation?  IMO, i prefer the 25x85 as it is quite unique in terms of large build up.

Bro...i think i have to wait longer ady...was looking at the master plan...those next launch of 22x80 and 25x85 should be all North-South orentation. 

M actually prefering West or north west orentation....personal reasons lah

We are a group of buyer who bought land property units in Alam Impian, Shah Alam (I&P Project). The local council for the project is MBSA. For your information, the project is still undergoing.

We would like enquiry:-

1. Can we establish a RA at this current moment?
2. What is the procedure to establish a RA?
3. Our development is only allow for Guarded community. We would like to form gated (fencing) for the whole area, could you help us how to get it legally done?

But I think most of the developers now measure using the first AMS you mentioned, including car porch area where covered by ceiling only, and upper floor's balcony size.

As I had asked, SP Setia did so, Sime Darby did so, Gamuda Land did for the Armaya 1-3 ( unsure others ), Mah Sing did for M Residence 1 and 2 ( not sure for others like Kinrara Residence ) ...

I think I&P did so bcz the car porch ceiling is not small, that's what I feel the large built up size came / increased from, same goes to BK side of Sapphire and Emerald's 22x75 ...
