But Pentas 1 itself also delayed. Looking at the amount of work that needed to be done I doubt they can handover on time. Many units are not ready yet.

What are the criteria for LAD ? Do they consider DIBS meaning only those without DIBS can claim LAD..

Beside traffic light I think they are opening the turning to Pentas. By the way, since traffic are not expected to be heavy, do we need a traffic light. Otherwise u slow down traffic..hmmm

Alternatively you may go after 6pm. Not so hot and nobody there to disturb you. Anyway, most of the house are locked. If u want to go in, u can sneak from back coz sometime back door are not lock.

I have been doing this all this while. You can also just park that money in amanah saham earning 7-9% (depending on which saham) while waiting for the right development.

Speaking about street fighter 2, last time I champion. Even if I take chun li I can play the game until over beating mbison.. Still rmbr stealing my dad's coin to pay tution fees until become expert..haha
Was wandering where to find arcade to play street fighther 2...hmm
