correct me if i am wrong but tht happened during transition period when i&p pak guard ended their 1 year service by developer. no pak guarf during that time. hopefully pentas can get pak guard like tinta semi-d. quite strict. RA also important. if RA not strong, then whole place also gone

we have to make sure pentas doesnt suffer like canting. one resident claimed got cases of break ins

yes, i mention about the factory emits thick white smoke and it was smelly everytime I go near Persiaran Tun Teja. I also mentioned that the factory is near ADTEC and it is along Jalan Bukit Kemuning,

Tomorrow I will follow up with mbsa and give them a call. Everyone else, please submit your complaint as well.

Maserati2013, could you let us know the names of the factories? I am not in Malaysia currently. If we know the company's name, it would be better. I will check it out once I am in Malaysia.

Guys, I have called MBSA. They asked the exact location of the factory. I just said off Jalan Bukit Kemuning. The thick smoke and awful smell can be experienced from Persiaran Tun Teja.
