Better value in long run - go for Superlink size, no matter how big is 22'x80' build up, it cannot compete with SD, 6 / 7 rooms is the trend, many who stay in existing 4R3B link are looking to upgrade to bigger house, the current SD hse price is way too high to reach, Superlink is the next best.
25'x85' can make up to 6 rooms.

The recent sales in Bdr Rimbayu gives a lot of impact to Nukilan 3 pricing, I even heard it was priced 508K back 2 yrs ago. If you consider to purchase a landed property, dun wait.

Based on my observation, I&P has 10 phases left for link houses (after Nukilan 3)
Precinct 1 - 2
Precinct - 5
Precinct 3 - 3

Some of the designs hv been released. Nothing surprise (facade) in the future.

Statistic : Total phases (Link House) = 22 (estimated), already launched 12 (55%), very good sign for year 2016.

50m-60m is the best I think, unfortunately most AI can't reach that except the Bungalow area
Pentas is fr 24m - 32 m
