One more thing, last time with Nokia N900, I was able to defrag and scan for viruses on the phone when connected to PC. But not with XPS. Is there a reason why?

QUOTE(solsekuin44 @ Jul 14 2012, 11:37 AM) One more thing, last time with Nokia N900, I was able to defrag and scan for viruses on the phone when connected to PC. But not with XPS. Is there a reason why? bcauz the android blocked those access ady, it is 4 security purpose n also performance tis is bcauz the filesystem the android using is not supported in windows, once connected android system will emulate the filesystem so you can view n edit the file like normal usb drive, defragment is not necessarily in xperia S, bcauz it uses ext4 filesystem ext4 file system is famous for its Delayed allocation, it reduce fragmentation for antivirus u just get the trend micro or norton for mobile if u scare got virus |
