The throttlebody there is the MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure). The one on the exhaust manifold is the O2 sensor.

Don't think there are CO2 sensors in cars

Basically, because he usually drive like makcik. Then yesterday he suddenly drive like david, the ECU overeacted think he wanna drive like alistair mcrae. So the ecu overcompensated the fuel amount, but didnt adjust ignition timing. Result, combustion chamber flooded with rich air-fuel mixture, thick smoke come out of exhaust like hutan bakar and KL suddenly hit with haze again....

Just wanted to add, when you floor the pedal aka WOT, the system goes into open-loop mode, that means the ECU will not peduli the signal from the sensors in the exhaust system, it will just spray fuel kaw kaw so that the engine does not run lean.

So its maybe is the ignition timing could not keep up, or your MAP sensor and throttlebody is dirty, reported more oxygen than it is. The resulting hutan bakar exhaust clogged the O2 sensor,making the situation worse when you try to drive it normally...
