Hi, I just found out I got charged the annual fees on my last month statement as I rarely used it. I wondering could I ask the bank to waive the annual fees and terminate it? Since the annual fees have due 5 days, would I be charge with the late penalty ? Hope someone could guide on this.

Mach's cb is on 1st of the month, so your Nov 700+ spending will get its earned cb on 1 Dec, which is correct.

If you really spend on that extra category frequently, then don't see why not.

You should consider other better CB credit card to suit your category

Each category is capped at RM100 quarterly. So if I have 5 category (3 belongs in a package, 2 additional add-on), does that mean I can earn up to RM500 in CB per quarter?

My AF for Mach supposed to be due on 1 Oct but until now still not charged. Only used it couple of times for the whole year. I didn't even call for waiver.

Actually AF suppose to be charged on 1Sept, not 1 Oct. I did call to inquire on this but CS said if is not charged then it should be waived eventhough I didnt meet the requirement. Could it be free for life?

also as per my understanding, 1st year is waived, 2nd year onwards either spend 8k or swipe at least 12x (no matter what amount.. as long as its 12x within 1 year ? )

Other than closing down Mach branch HLB seems to be retiring the Mach CC as well.

PM their CS on FB about switching my existing HLB CC to Mach they suggested me Wise instead and said that Mach has already been phased out.

So I assume you can't apply for new Mach card anymore.

I see... I think we should update the first page to let any other potential applicant to know?
