i done that twice only, my 1.3 wila a/back very shacky, she's on stock shocks n engine

year 99 not bad, it's mitsu ecu'ed. FYI my frens punya frens got a satria 1.3 less then 14k (year 97/98). you might try to hunt them at your local 2nd car dealer.

a lady car .. everything still in tight n nice condition .. a rev'ed kau kau car .. prepare to burn your wallet for maintenance .. eg change timing belt lar .. overhaul lar.. everything seems to be "ling sung beh-ling siu" <--- canto

my vote goes to the lady car, and infact i bought a 2nd hand car which the previous owner was a lady... first day try top speed.. it stuck at 145k/h not matter how i floored it(air-cond off), then the max speed after some training for few month..it can reach 170km/h without any prob.

whut the milage you can get wif rm50 ? ur ride is .. 1.3 or 1.5 ? auto / manual?

mine 1.3 a/b average on RM50 = 330~380km (70% jam ! 20%highway 10% rev kau kau)

all wira's before 2000/2001 are on mitsu ecu, they are smart .. not like those siemens which i had on mine.

i think you should send ur ride to a mech n do some checkup .. my old 1.8L corolla (manual) dont drink that much of petrol. 50 buck can do 280km ++

to plug in the lancer meter, you need to rewiring, coz mitsu is mitsu and proton is proton .. both diffrent thing

bro lee831219, if change rear disc, the master pump no need change meh ? does the ori pump provide suffice enuff to distribute braking power to 4 disc ?

parts... ermm still ok ler .. rear absorber at rm 50 ++ per peice excluding labour. tyre yokohama s306 13" for RM 115 /pcs.. oem air filter rm 17, proton oil filter rm7..castrol semi syn rm 67.. easy to maintain

abit skeptical bout those CAI .. wont the engine or TB masuk water or moisture huh ? u know ler malaysia here rain quite frequently .. especially when the CAI were place infront of the bumper ...
anyone think bout this issue before ? imagine gaining 200bhp butt dyno power and ending up transplanting the whole engine?

wont masuk ? imagine it's raining like cats and dog's.. really heavy and you are doing 90 km/h, you tailgate a bus or any other car. Wont the water particle enter into your engine ? my logic thinking .. whenever there's suction force, it doesn't care how the hose is places, it will still suck in water particle.

simple example, if from down to top wont .. then what is the purpose for straw?

I have some problem here with my gf wira 1.5 A, here's the case..

whenever i engage "D" while stepping on the brake (car is stationary) the car will jerk vigorously. Same thing happen when i'm applying moderate braking power to slow down the car ... only when i engage "N" then it wont jerk... so guys is this normal for a auto car ? or does this got something to do with the drive shaft ?

my car were facing some bad idle problem ever since i tested a year 2000 1.5 meter panel few month ago, it somehow mess up my engine idle timming, now my engine will somehow stall when i'm engaging "free/neutral" during down shifting or slowing down ishh.

Although it does not happen frequently but it's not funny to have a dead engine and power steering while taking a corner at moderate speed such as 80 km/h.. duh

hrrmm does anyone know how to tune or increase fuel intake/timing for siemens ecu-ed based car ? or any workshop recomendation around serdang or sunway?

noise just a lil bit different from stock 1.3. You'll notice some slight difference when you rev it and it's dead silent during cruise. .. last year Feb my car did 49k .. haihz.. what to do .. my job required me to do damn lots of travel .. duh

i tried DIY today, found that there's a thin layer of grime or something on the tb wall, I just wipe it with tissue. By the way is it ok to spray WD40 on it huh or is there any t/b cleaning product huh ?

WTA - how much does a 4g91 transplant cost ? my korlig blown his engine while trashing N-S highway and workshop quoted him rm 3.8k for half-cut excluding workmanship and registration. Final amount around 6-6.8k .. the price ok ar ?
