hi bros..
i need ur opinion about dis..
which combination is good, durable, good top, good acc..

1. fz block + cam cms/fz
2. ikk blok 62 + cam cms

for sprocket, which is better, 15-36 @ 16-37?

if u want suggest anything oso can..

FZ block durability better..combine with uma cam..smooth...
sprocket setting depends on ur bike setup and carried weight..
recommended 15-37

I would like to ask about tyre
Is it bad if use same size for both front and rear?

Say michelin pilot sporty 90/80 front and rear

Or better if i use other brand smaller size for front?
*
ur front and rear rim size?

i google randomly threads about es vs ss and they said es cepat rosak clutch etc dunno true or not and those threads are from 2011, 2012... am looking for 2013 especially from forumers here who own es versyun
*
no prob from me..using ES from 2008..the only prob that i have only clutch plate worn down faster(normal from the acceleration that u got, since i change to tighter spring set) and it lastly brake down in june 2013(after 5 years!) the clutch bearing totaled only because i keep giving the clutch hard pressure(Hard riding style with bigbore,no wonder)
now using 6 spring without any prob..

itadakimatsu There's a 90/80 corsa R46...

More inputs:
1. Stock rim is 2.5, you can go as small as 90/80. Google it if you more reassurance. With smaller tyre, you cannot have a heavy pillion rider, less grip overall (straight and corner) because of the reduced contact surface. It is lighter, so it could save some fuel.

2. TT100 has always been the most durable tyre. Usually those tyres with straight or linear patterns are for longer mileage, and the ones with arrow patterns would have better grip, hence lesser mileage.
I've tried and recommend these:
- Dunlop TT900
- Duro Taiwan (12k on front, and still going)
- Swallow Samurai (11k on rear)
- V305 (Thailand cap ayam, my current rear tyre)

Not recommended:
- Farrelli F1800 (inner lining crack)
- Michelin Pilot Sporty

Worth a try:
- Deli tyres (Indonesia similar to Swallow)
- IRC Gold
- Pirelli
- Corsa
- Maxxis (Though I personally think this brand is over-priced)
*
i'm running 90/80 on 2.5 rear rim..recommended tire size for daily usage...can accept pillion under 80kg( myself 67kg) still can do good cornering (maxxis ma-3d)

i see..  does that mean that the grey collumn is standart?
*
the marked "std" is the recommended fit..the other grey area is good fit(which means logic fit,not insane fit like when u put 120/70 on 2.5 rim, donut woo..)

Bro, is it Mikuni 30mm round slide? What's the PJ/MJ size used?
My other 2 stroke uses 32.5/190 IINM. Am wondering if it changes at all when used on a 4 stroke.
I googled a bit, and it seems LC would need to run with 35/155...
*
nope..running with uma 30mm..

flat slide? tabik man... all I've heard it is difficult to tune.
good off throttle performance, but difficult to optimize flat torque curve.
*
D-slide (like keihin PWK carbs)
my foreman setting cun..smooth power delivery till 10k rpm..he say uma carb easier to tune than Mikuni flatslide
on penang to ipoh plus highway i maintain 10k rpm for 15 minutes no prob..and most of the time 6-9k rpm..
