u are using LC es or SS?
LC ES twin piston caliper cannot be mount on LC SS/4 speed v2 due to the difference mounting on the fork..
my opinion
larger disc,2pot,4 pot or 6 pot caliper is useless if u use cheap brake pads..

i think use 260mm/ 300mm disc that use good material(ori disc/RB) and get a good disc pad( RB distribute Elig for my experience,quite good or faito sintered pads,feedback also good)single piston (LC SS) already good if u ride below 120KM/h GPS

that is LC SS( No Clutch)
i think the prob come from the disc..happen to me a few months back..change to 300mm alloy RB disc already

try the cheaper 260mm x1r disc 1st..or if u wanna go straight to rb disc also ok..

if brake hose can be easily noticeable..
but..can do that 1st..mine solved with changing disc..
