Yeah, it works well with the Optical Audio Out and I noticed that the sound is so much better than a normal audio stereo jack. No wonder the cable is double the usual jack.

He gave me 2 sets of glasses with a total of 8 pieces all together.

Hey, do u have any idea of how to get astro beyond work in my room. Currently am able to watch via the RCA cable but unable to control the channel from my living room... Any realible transmitter that you can recommend?
*
Like u, I've moved my older Samsung LCD up in room & can't use Beyond unless I subscribe another decoder at 1/2 price. I did use the extend RCA link but can switch channel via some device. Can't recal what device I got many years back but after sometime it didn't work as I did something after that. I still unable to recover frm the connection thus stop watching Astro from my room instead. I watch video much more frequent in my room especially kids stuff. nod.gif

LG 55LM4610 is good? my dad wanted to get 1.. i dont know tis model good or not.. cos internet cannot find, is it the same as 55LM4600? is there any technology difference between tis basic model and other? cos they free 1 lg bp420 bluray player which have LG smart in it..
*
I can only say LG has the best 3D concept at the moment. The LM series are mainly for its 3D. I suppose it's similar to LM4600 series, maybe an updated version to LM4610.
Word advice...u can also opt not to get its player & get further discount, minus the player price actually. Becoz this player is likely Cinavia compliance, means u can't play pirated bd. only play original bd. suggest go get Sony S485 old unit which is feature packed 3D player @RM499. Don't go online with it as it may be auto infected.

LG better than other brands of similar model unit is as follows:
1. 3d passive TV
2. A size bigger (an inch bigger)
3. Best color reproduction
4. Affordable & features pack
5. Good looks on certain unit.
6. Brightest tv
7. Widest view angle tv.

But than, there's also hordes of weak.

according to my father, he said it is rm5999 bundle with the blu ray player. I dont know wat other option cos i am at offshore currently, i just managed to call back at he told me he wanted to get a new TV. I saw tat it is a pretty basic 3D TV without alot of features, so i think the blu ray player might able to compensate the loss, anyhow i have a media player at home. I just scare tat the quality is not good, so on so forth. BUt LM should be a 2012 model la.. 4610 is for thailand market i guess, cos u searched the web show thai character.
*
I presume it's 55" model . As said for RM4650 u get 47" LM6700 unit. A real good looking gadget.

Wat r h different lw5700 lm series ?

Technology & design. More apps, features rich. Slick design. 3D quite same..unless LW series been updated with latest firmware. Price wise LM is slight more expensive. LW is last year model while LM is this year recent launch.

LM6700 LG LW5600 difference?
The 3D LG LG 47LM6700 is a 3D TV similar to last year's model, the LG 47LW5600. They are certainly comparable statistics, but the color 47LM6700 has improved, and a wider viewing angle. However, the major improvements over 2011 television are undoubtedly a great upgrade. Online content has a better organization, improvement of magic at a distance is that the streaming content much more accessible, and 3D images set the standard for quality. It really is obvious, the 47LM6700 LG is definitely an improved display.

Read frm the following review for more info & comparison.

What do you guys think that I should buy 42LM6700 now or wait for OLED TV at the end of the year?

I think that once they release OLED TV at the end of the year then the price gonna be very very very
expensive. Am I right?
*
Definitely ...price gonna be real expensive coz it targets early adopters. Simple marketing strategy. But then if u r in no hurry, do wait ...it pays. I just want to upgrade my TV to 3D led. My next upgrade will be Oled TV.

Guys, need your help.

I just bought a LM6200 TV with wifi dongle but I can't connect to Unifi internet. The TV can detect & connect to gateway but cannot connect at DNS. What setting's do I have to change in the router?

My notebook & handphone can connect to Unifi / internet but not the TV.

However the TV can connect to internet via my handphone tethering on 3G.
*
Strange....I tot LM6200 do not require wifi dongle to connect. I'm no IT guy thus can't help u here.
Anyway, did u download LG Magic apps for to sync our phone Android & IOS to TV?

Im trying that now.

*
Difference of price for 47" is merely RM400.00 but design is way apart. As said, if it's a pleasure just to stare at a black slick frameless tv of LM6700...as an art form or admiring its slim features w/ o worrying been caught for sexual harassment , then go for LM6700. rolleyes.gif drool.gif

Does anyone know if there's any LG roadshow in Penang again?

Now considering between 55LM6700 and 55LM6200.
A local electric store quoted me RM8900 and RM7200 for above model.
There's RM1,700 difference....
Both comes with 8pcs of 3D specs.

From what I know, the differences between the two are:
1) obviously the appearance...
2) wifi ready for LM6200, Built in for LM6700...

Anything else?  smile.gif
*
Ya..the very thin bezel. U can just admire the Slim sleek tv even w/o watching movies or programmers. Hell it look real good as deco item in living hall. Go for LM6700 design will never b outdated real soon.

Yup..tried but not to my liking. I do my own adjustment with Vivid color. I also play with their guides ..n stick with my normal DVD player for my wife Chinese drama series. But my adjustment for both Astro HD & BD player via HDMI different. Anyway..no matter how you tune it..it simply awesome. Brightest TV with rich colors for 3d.

Ok here's steps for to update yr tv firmware. I got 2 PM requesting help on the updates.

@ remote click SETTINGS. scroll down to Network , then Network Connection activate & connect to wifi.
After connected online...@ SETTINGS , drop to SUPPORT, the ? Symbol. Than click for SOFTWARE UPDATE on. Click check Update Version. It will prompt u that new firmware is Ver 04.00.14 .
Update it ...while normal speed wifi will take almost 2 hours +. While loading process, hide it & leave it on or watch usual TV program.
After duly loaded...it will auto restart TV.

Then @ Setting Picture , scroll to PICTURE OPTION. features here include Tru Motion. Do off it while watching 24p or sports games.
It's reduce judder.

Hope this help.
