think from side view panel, & picture quality looks abit low compare to la7400 & la8600...

I think its the same with my case. But not at Happy. I bought a 55LM6700 last April for RM4800 at one of the shops in SS2. At that time i think its one of the lowest price i can find for that model. Some forumers here did ask me where is the shop and of course im willing to share. All of them got quoted RM5500 instead. I think the shop mark up the price if they see any particular models selling like hot cakes la....just my guess

nope, it depends... maybe diff sales person u ask may hav diff results...

LA6200 had zero clouding , only with slight bleeding. the rest of the edge lit has clouding issue.

of coz it has its pros & cons, unless u get da 4k tv...

I think 4k tv is useless now because there is almost zero 4k source available

actually not, i read tru da articles tat da 4k tv can upscale from full hd content to 4k resolution... it is something similar like a hd ready tv can upscale the resolution to full hd... something like tat...

Why pay so much money just to get upscale content?

not me buying, i still not reach tat level yet...

but the item 99% pros, only 1% cons, which is pricing...

Well that is not the main purpose for buying a 4k tv. Upscaling don't make much difference. Until true 4k source is widely available then there is a reason to buy it. So right now the best is still 1080p. Its good enough for now.

Been using it for a week or so but haven't really got time to test it out fully... this is what i can say at the moment.

Picture quality is decent and black level is good (much better than my 6yr old Sammy CCFL LCD) however I noticed vertical banding does exist on the LA7400 series and it's noticeable during panning. Minimal spotlighting when the screen is completely black.

i know lg had this feature dvb - digital video broadcasting, but not sure other brand has it or not...
