why don't you use cwm mate? did you choosed the right modem for ICS? you didn't use JB yet right?

might need to check other stuff.. may be the best way is to load your last working nandroid back up and see what happen.

ho exactly you disable the media scanning from start up? i read in xda it seems like a common bug for the experimental build.

Just revert back to cm9, can't live without sgs3 mod!! I better wait for cm10 nightly build.i noticed that while using the latest cm10, my data signal is not consistent.compared to cm9 which is ok btw.

you can try and check your phone during call. see if there is any noise cancellation mode is available or not during call. if no, the dev should have already disabled this feature from the beginning. you might have some hardware issue i'm afraid.

hmm.. are you trying to claim warranty? it is advisable to make sure that your phone is running on stock rom. if not they might refuse to check your phone huhuhu. check here:
