if die2 unlock the phone just to play game..i dun think its worth it...for me laa..since im not playing games that much on my phone

it's not about playing games only. imagine you can have full exclusive access to your phone like root android device has. you can

a) install any xap (apps) as much as you like (including ehem one) by sideloading it
b) access the file manager
c) access the marketplace from any phone manufacturer
d) install customize rom
e) install any apps which is not and will not be available in the marketplace
f) making a full backup and full restore of you phone (right now limited to zune and the process is not that great)

yeah...i already done pretty much you stated above on my HTC Titan..games very gooding on the 4.7 inch screen..but yeah...after a while you get bored..thank god great app like amazing weather HD and Wpcentral always got new xap after every update

Want to ask, is Nokia still update their maps for WP 7?
Especially on offline Nokia Drive.

Last Saturday I go to Setia City Mall,
offline Nokia Drive cant search for it (no data plan on my phone),
so I used my friend's Waze,
and then when I'm going back,
I used Nokia Drive but it shows up the road is still haven't exist yet.

How to update ea?

delete old map and redownload the map again (using wifi)

nope, still didn't update.

Before downloading new map --> 82 MB

After delete, and download a new map --> 82 MB

Offline search "Setia City Mall" --> no result

Online search "Setia City Mall" --> shown something else

is there any diff if we download a free version of a paid apps and if we download the trial version of the paid one??

i tot free version=trial version is it??


because some developer put price just to get their apps approved for market place...(trial=got ads..full=no ads)

well i bought some of the good wp apps. before (trial version) with ads. paid (full version) no ads and more features. once payment done, it will somehow redownload again the software (i think more like an update).

as some correction needed by put aluminium foil beneath the screen at the 3touch button area....

so last night i didn' have aluminium foil to use...instead i'm using the stainless steel mesh (from my vapor device spare part box) and cut to fit.....confirmed working good so far
