I have booked tower I Duplex and loan passed from RHB bank. Couple of questions here:

1) I am a first time property buyer, thus do i need to be aware of something especially loan offers?
2) It seems now RHB offers Full Flexi loan with no processing fees, no withdrawal fees and no monthly maintenance fees
3) what i need to look forward to before i sign LO?

Beware of this project developer (Seri Mutiara) & agents (Dutama Properties).

I have booked and signed for an unit here. But having some bad experiences with them, and can't do anything on it:

Initially choose an unit based on their launching sales brochure. Purposely avoid same floor with water pump by looking at brochure. And telling agent very clear i choose that because want to avoid that water pump room.

However when i get the S&P, the floorplan change & it moves water pump room to the floor i choose.
No information from developer & agent about this change earlier and I have to accept it as down payment made.

This is a bad experience and can do nothing on it.
Just for other awareness before choosing and making decision with this developer and agency.

May I know which floor u are buying ... quite true if floor with water pump quite annoying sound there day and nite
