Beware of this project developer (Seri Mutiara) & agents (Dutama Properties).

I have booked and signed for an unit here. But having some bad experiences with them, and can't do anything on it:

Initially choose an unit based on their launching sales brochure. Purposely avoid same floor with water pump by looking at brochure. And telling agent very clear i choose that because want to avoid that water pump room.

However when i get the S&P, the floorplan change & it moves water pump room to the floor i choose.
No information from developer & agent about this change earlier and I have to accept it as down payment made.

This is a bad experience and can do nothing on it.
Just for other awareness before choosing and making decision with this developer and agency.
