Would be interested to hear what the sifus' opinion here, if this unit is suitable for first-time home owners? Is this a good buy for ~950 sqf @ RM400k+++?

Or better to wait for PR1MA / Selangorku housing to come into fruitation? hmm.gif

Those 400k+ one already sold out.. you get what you pay..
low price units are those hard to let go units, example lowest floor or near car park.

I would rather spend more for better units, rather than buy those less desire units. Don't be cheapskate in living quality wink.gif

They seem to post wrongly. The agent called and clarified that it's the phase 3 935sf.

Don't full take my words, do you own due diligence.

I'm just sharing my experience.. someone I know is buying MV @400k+
its the lowest floor unit, which I think is really not a good move.. unless budget is really limited and die die also want buy.

Happy hunting smile.gif

If good view is a must then you only have 16th floor onwards to choose from if you are facing Tamarind Sq. If facing other side (LakePoint/LakeFront/etc) , plot of land still empty but duno what's down the road.

Please see the master plan for more details.
