for investment purposes, is it better to take up the higher floor units or lower floor?

For invest, normally people will take lower floor as the price is cheaper. smile.gif

there are altogether 3phase.... phase 3 just launched in recent one month. but I not sure the one booked 60% is phase 2c or 3

from what I know, higher floor is more expensive because of the guarantee view. and the loan is disburse later, so your interest will be less till the developer is working on ur floor.
for DIBS project, then higher floor better if price is not too much difference.

quite confusing with the psf price on news paper and fr SA.
the range is fr 400psf to 500psf, it cant be so HUGE dif right? which is true??
i invested the so p2 i think, 1180sf, 480k, fully furnish, (basic n simple furniture actually, is GRR 25 trs, so dint care much), 10% dis.
the GRR 25 yrs..
to me, just take is as education fund, or if contract is terminated, then just sell and get cash, should b nothing wrong.
the new phase is looking much better than mine, from the picture i mean..

i invest it cos knew the grand pangea is just situated bside too, hope "water up boat high" too..
they r selling 600psf, of cos, very very nice look...
pangea n the skypark r the 2 greatest develooment here, should say is the greatest outlook/façade in ceber area.. my opinion...
