Just checked with SDB on my LA, yet receive since sign on last year.
They mentioned the fastest is on April due to land conversion. Meanwhile, 1st loan drawn down will be on Aug...... |

I think no more car park for sales. Today pass by the site. Still few machine clearing the land....thinking why so slow.
I see Natur till 4th floor already and out side UDA will build landed. AEON full of people....maybe AEON day. |
