MBB is offering 90% with BLR-2.4%

RHB waiting result. Hear My maybank friend say MBB cant fight with RHB rate. THey like offer BLR-2.45%

HLB like dont want do this project biz.

I dont think SDB is refund for those approved at 80%. Except you are rejected by bank.

Actually wanna know the neighbour is doing what project. As i know beside the existing apartment is doing Semi-D & Bungalow, means Block C back facing.

Opposite the sales gallery cleaning land is UDA private land. But the rest dont know who land but cleaning the site.

This is Malaysia. You accept the price for AUDI, you buy it. If you not accept the AUDI price in Malaysia. You can buy it in other country and take motorbike in Malaysia. I think Motorbike not overpriced ba. tongue.gif

I also concern on the future sub-sales price.

Will get banker advise on this.

I believe bank also not stupid. Impossible they loan RM500k to you. But future, they value RM100k on the property in sub-sales market.

Actually the property is still belong to bank not us, we just "rent" from bank only. If buyer bankcrupt, bank also suffer and impossible they LELONG at RM100k but they loan out RM500k.

But i concern is the quit rent and assessment. Based on 100k or 100k+upgrade work.

Just my opinion.
