Balakong industrial shoot up sibeh crazy Liao. Last 2 years bought a 1 acre size warehouse/factory about 7mil not far from cloudtree. For Own use. Now already over 10mil+. Coz those new half acre semi-d factory just beside already selling 6.8mil.

Yes, when went to pick n buy. Saw good cp spot at lg 2 near block A lift Left around 10+ units. Some near block B which too far for block c buyer

Yup. Quite fair. 3 cp is ideal for my small unit.

all cp at LG1... mean no direct access to lift and need to climb staircase liao?

All block lvls can direct access the lift area will have 4 oku cp allocate near there. Looks fine n OK. Well planing.

wonder they also do a show unit for block C also. look like they want to get the block C podium area done also.
showcase together with the block A unit.
easy for block C owner getting the renovation package from SDB.

Can. Kuchai palace court condo late show unit also did the same. moved into real building while construction still on going. Every sizes got full furnish and empty unit. Just make sure the way to walk in is covered safely. recently casa green also ada agent and buyer go visit developer unit in actual site inside the building also. Just go check casa green thread.

Ic. If can walk in to see block c empty unit also good liao. Still want to check out whether the kitchen pillar very ada there boh. Coz my SNP agreement block c layout show no pillar at kitchen there.

but if your unit balcony is attached with next unit balcony...
then the wall in-between both unit is brickwall and think can be hack!

you can always buy over your neighbor unit (attached balcony only) and make it into 1 unit.
916sf x2= 1832sf. become bigger than those 1600sf-1700sf unit size.

you can separate your kicthen and yard in 2 areas. can have dry and wet kicthen come with island also.
you will have super wider balcony area also. suddenly become sibeh unique and luxury.

roughly ini macam... from 916sf become 1832sf.

confirmed brick wall for both units balcony/livingroom attached...those are not sher wall / concrete wall.

those non attached balcony wall is sher wall / concrete wall.
mean the end wall at master bedroom cannot be hack.

when vp can always check with sdb mana boleh hack, mana tak boleh.
