the agent got point also. 1.1 million not easy to swallow by subsale market...5 stones simliar size also above 1.1 mil at subsale now and the tranc not so active...5 stones at better location which is PJ and nearer to damansara perdana area...

actually in my humble opinion, it is consider fair price from SDB product...not say good in investment, but it's reasonable price for this kind of spacious condo and of course SDB quality....

if i like condo living style, SDB product is one the the top 3 choices...

This area mainly attract local at this moment la... U wan see high class Ang mo, Mk, Sri hartamas, ampang hilir n klcc area still the top choice... 2nd choice will be dutamas, desa park city, damansara/damansara perdana area....

Bandar tun Hussein onn, still long way to go

passby and visit the place recently, very greenery and nice living environment..very near to AEON BIG and AEON cheras selatan...

very nice place..congratulations to all the buyers...sure this WOTP will become the most luxury condo at cheras...
