Just went to 5stone, view from outside.
Don't know WTOP buyers can go in have a look or not

You can't go in even if you're an owner of WOTP. I've tried lying to them that I'm the owner of 5 stones. Lolx, but to no avail. The guard told me that SDB have sent out mails for existing 5 stones owner to make an appointment to view their unit. And they are asking me to provide it for them to see.

I think not easy to go in 5 stones. From outside is ok. But still doing the touch up.

Hope WTOP landscape is top class

Truth to be told. I'm not worried about the workmanship of SDB. I'm rather worried of the behavior of the tenants.
I'm just hoping that the tenants will try their best to preserve the area.

My uncle has been living at Mont Kiara, the Palma condominium for more than a decade. Every visitation trip I made there would always be welcomed by cleanliness of the surrounding area, No burnt marks or drawings on the walls or lift buttons, unauthorised car parks, so on and so forth.

Im hopeful WOTP would be well maintained as well.

Apparently they will not be allocating any more new car parks for current tenants. Those with additional cars need to park outside WOTP in the future.
Glad to know that tenants are not allowed to hang their clothes around the balcony as well like those in a low cost apartments.

Yea I experienced it already yesterday. I tried asking the bank people regarding the loan but they give me a list full of documents I have to bring in order to get further detail. Super troublesome.  mad.gif

You just have to live with it. You're asking a bank to extend a substantial amount of loan to you which in this case 90%. As a bank it is their primary objective to know if their potential customers has the ability to repay the loan or not. Is fair and square.

Imagine if there's an agent that is trying to convince you to put the same amount of money into an endowment plan. I assure you that you'll inquire as much as possible about the viability of it. If you're really interested in getting a property and have the capability to do so, I don't see any reason to say is troublesome. smile.gif

I don't think there will be any doubts pertaining to SDB quality of work. It is my first property and I'm proud of this investment.

However, what worries me are the future tenants in WOTP. I am just hoping that they are responsible enough to keep the place clean and be a more concern tenant by looking out for one another.
