3 Towers is one of worst location in Jalan Ampang with the HTC literally 20m away.
Being office maybe the HTC has not much of concern versus the residential usage like Enesta Kepong, Paraiso and Havre Bukit Jalil. |

This 3Towers is pure office play right unlike Arte Ampang which is office title but marketed as can be used as residential.

The lack of public transport and traffic congestion in this area will cause business owners have difficulties in Finding employees. And hence... They will also hesitate to setup business here. Unless... They are also owner.
