To be fair, streamyx customer service line is (or at the least used to be) as bad as Maxis. Worst part is it is a 1300 line which you need to pay and wait

Secondly, TM ONT adapter screwed up, not Maxis.

Just a thought, maybe deactivate something in IE, the anti (?) something feature
