Bro..... this condo locate outside jade hill...so those awesomeness u seen...is not applied to this project...lol... for me more i wana know on :

1. Road access and condition ( Will improve soon)
2. Bkt angkat surroundin( saw many heavy vehicle in and out during office hour) (YES)
3. Food variety (Gamuda will built new shoplot soon)
4. Traffic condition (In Out no Traffic Jam)
5. Road construction along jadite extend to Taman bukit emas when it complete and who the builder? Is it Gamuda himself building it? (part of Jade Hills 's township planning)

Any taikor feel generous enough to enlight us as part of discussion

Somemore got international school., very low.dense , jade hills , gamuda name n good quality ..., quite good facilities .. good for own use I think
