Jh wins hands down for location. Commercial wise can only improve after jadite suite is occupied. But not worried about that as Sg chua is 5 mins drive away. Ioi city mall 10 mins drive. Damn convenience.
Sunday can even go nearby Mahkota Cheras or sungai long eat. But dread the traffic light jam.

tbh all this location is all far if one works in kl city.

yup i am waiting to see how full or otherwise semenyih will be in 5 years. even setia alam so near to klang pj subang and all is not super successful. especially in commercial. but market until world best township rclxms.gif certainly the planning is very good lah i give them that.

for me jh prob wld be commercial also very weak due to ultra low density development. no cina food within 10 mins walk (used to sg long). look forward to seeing more shops when population comes in from the suites.

lakefield is the project that is build on old refuse site right? i think i heard some story about bad smells sometimes when it gets very hot and road cracks slightly.
