Eco majestic is easily more than 20km from JH. Sibeh kaw far place with only lekas highway to reach..or else need to jln semenyih...kajang at least many routes can reach there. Semenyih is too far to me to even urge to drive there to take a look. Maybe my broga trip later.

This is so true. I go look see Tropicana heights also cannot tahan the distance already. Can't imagine I buy a unit there or in semenyih to own stay.
Jh wins hands down for location. Commercial wise can only improve after jadite suite is occupied. But not worried about that as Sg chua is 5 mins drive away. Ioi city mall 10 mins drive. Damn convenience.
Sunday can even go nearby Mahkota Cheras or sungai long eat. But dread the traffic light jam.

I thought so. Has been house hunting with agent for so long every weekend. Even considered twin palm but omg, every time wanna come out simple meal also no way to escape toll. The house density also so crowded. So hilly road wanna go cycle also cannot. Sg long and bmc u go see the jam during weekend, u wanna run far far.

Every time went back to Jh option. Sigh!

Ya I see no brains on semenyih hype. But I must admit really good marketing team they have. Even Hong Kong stars also they hire.

Ya. Lakefield Land sinking manyak. Few friends bought there also kena. Land sink house cracked. Manyak complain tiu kaw kaw.

The sinking is due to poor ground condition.

i think developer  should handover when all blocks external work completed. i cant imaging children run around podium suddenly a huge things fall from block c and d.
