same here. i wanted to buy JH last time. suddenly got big flood on the news spreading. talked to my friend who bought a house there. he reluctantly mentioned it to me. ok la i thought that maybe just once banjir. then i got a little turned off when he showed me the houses which were affected.


I calmed myself down mentioning to myself that aiya, nevermind. go buy the unit on high level. next week, i went to JH again to see my friend at night. chat with him until early morning. suddenly i saw big, thick smoke from factory. aiyoyo. turned off totally. i cancelled my thought of buying that time. haiizz such a shame. the facilities are so nice including the gardens.

thats why u see slow sales despite those facilities and nice gardens.

Haha. I am not here to start a war. In any development, always got pros and cons. A big pros in JH are the facilities and gardens. It would be a big plus if somehow gamuda can chase away the factories but i doubt can happen coz factories have been there for quite some time.

places i didnt buy also i puji like SEH. here JS also i mentioned the pros side like facilities and gardens etc. he only keeps telling 1 side of the stories only. lol.


Did i mention black smoke? I didnt say the colour. i just said big, thick smoke. fyi, there is a factory in shah alam letting out white smoke, processing palm oil. doesnt mean that the white smoke is just vapour or steam. i know because i bought props nearby. we reported to mbsa, doe. not doing any shit. even developer also mentioned. but i can tell you that people can smell the white smoke. vapour or steam? u judge for yourself.

i even kutuk some of the properties i bought like in shah alam and kl. come on, tikaram. please be a matured person. there is no such thing as 100% perfect property.

Up to u bro. Whatever makes u happy. The factory in shah alam also in the end we got a reply stating they followed all necessary guidelines but until today we never believe. The residents are still fighting to get a 2nd opinion.on the flood issue, apa u mau bising. Gamuda can say and show whatever ma but the fact that it FLOODED before would never change back history.

Tikaram like i mentioned before. I only saw it on wikimapia. I didnt even know that we can even draw it ourselves. Haizzz. Same la on n92 kubur muslim. Suddenly now disappear. How? Your accusation of me drawing kubur next to JH is can be same interpreted by me on n92 kubur muslim also done by u. But i never accuse u of that. In another comment, u even said got real kubur there. No such thing. I checked using my GoPro helicopter if u must know. Come on la. Your accusation without evidence is showing your maturity here :non-existence
