This morning very very bad traffic at direction from Kajang/Jadehills towards KL via CountryHeights.
Though I always see the Jam every single morning, but today was one of the worst! almost 4-5KM long Jam queue...
I was thinking if stayin in Jadite and probably need to start drive at 5-6AM in the morning...

not once in awhile... it's like everyday like that. normal days maybe 2-3 KM. but
Now jam to Country Heights 's toll from Taman SUTERA Toll...
if you familiar there, then you wil know the distance..
Luckily I use the opposite direction to work..

yea I guess so.. When I passby already 8.30AM...Guess if they go Balakong also need 1hour plus, KL..2-3hours only can reach office...

Im not sure the opposite condition from Jadite to Kajang town..guess would be jam too.
Yea everywhere is Jam.. but there are stil some area not really jam..
from my house to balakong office via silkhighway, everyday 10mins Go & Back home.

I stay next to jadehills, also don't wish to stay deep inside Jade hills. Somemore is one of the cheapest condo, most ppl can afford la just dont like the locstion so deep inside. At least county heights has better access to main road.
Condo for 2nd weekend home, don't ever act smart. It looks just moronic.

I've friends staying in jadehills too. Never look down or dislike jadehills. Indeed I kinda like the environment. Just some bad reputation ppl (in lowyat) keep lookin down on ppl, judge ppl by its cover. Anyways, not only myself ady feel beh tahan, even many taikor pm me to ignore him. Haha

Many investors many taikor buying properties and attracted by its promotion rebates and DIBS. Just small amount of DP save alots for other investment. Doesn't mean those taikor are poor and can't afford abang. Life not only properties and money, spend wisely on others too.

I kinda like Jadehills, but not jadite suite. But never ever say bad about it, every prop has pros and cons and we purchase based on personal preference.
