Last check still have some units...
I reckon reasonable price and buy given the facts is only 8km direct to ioi Putrajaya mall and also being the only highrise at jade Hills... And price is less than 500psf Not too near to the mall and not to far. Staying to near to mall sometimes u face traffic issue. IOI city mall definitely a boost to jade Hills |
