Block A and B is Timbunan Bakti. Timbunan bakti (slow) Quality is better than Inta bina.

how much is block D.

the promotion by jade homes is always suck. like my phase 7. so many units not sold during construction.

but after finished construction and got key. all buyer start buying as they see the finished good product. this also happen in the garden mini bungalow.

yesterday, I asked the inta bina Bangladesh boy ( now built block c and d) help me to take photo from 8th floor block b. ( but need to pay him RM10 la), But he only took 2 photos

evening sun photos la. view nice or not?.

If I see him again in 99 speed mart. I will ask him to take morning sun one. (another RM10 gone la.)

when they lauch block a and b. they have built show unit.

new show units was ready when / during mooncake festival last year wo.

now the block c and d show unit still available for viewing aftter our first security guardhouse.

whre have you being? you missed out all the info.
