I took this picture last week, and according insider news, they are now full force doing the ground work and piling, in which is the most time consuming part.
Previously they can't do in Sat due to the complaint from neighbourhood, but now no choice to do even in Sat.
Hope can see a bit of structure few months later.
BTW, the shoplots besides seems quite fast, and it is belonged to the same developer

Hi all,

I think I might be one of the very first buyer, as when I booked my units, the office don't even ready yet, it should be around May 2012.

I signed my SPA in Aug 2012, but please bare in mind that the 42 (36+6) months is from SPA date or building plan approval date (Jan 2013) whichever later, means the start date should be Jan 2013 instead of Aug 2012, so the VP date should be mid 2016.

I purchased 1 2BR and 1 1BR, plan to sell the 2BR after VP and hopefully can rent the 1BR after VP.

if the original owner is not declare as GST tax payer, then the future buyer or tenant no need to pay the GST 6%,
unless the original owner is a company and annual turnover is more than 500K, in which compulsory to be a GST tax payer.

This is only applied to newly launched project which launch after 01 April 15...montena has launched quite some time
so in future sales, either is sold by individuals or those who buy by using company name
so for future subs ales, it won't be affected for those who bought by individuals name and not declare as GST payer

just called to fame modulation and they said the target VP will be 2nd quarter next year, but based on the progress I don't think they can VP in 2nd quarter next year...sigh...

passed by the site last Saturday afternoon, lots of site activities were carrying out especially in block A, hope the construction can progress well and to vp soonest possible.

the progress has speed up. I went to the site every saturday, and recently I notice that there is 1 floor up in block A for 1 week, hope they can maintain this speed and get vp soon

the retaining wall gave them a lot of trouble previously, and also changing the main con caused them delay for long.
but now already built up to the top level... hope can VP by end of this year and also get a good figure of LAD
