After almost 4years from the first post..... this is the status of Montena SOVO....

And from Feb.16 till now.. the progress remain the same.

I think the buyers should by now group up and to seek clarification with developer.

Works has just restarted but a snailing pace

After almost 4 years at this construction stage... I believe the commercial SPA will protect the developer and minimize any LAD.....

same like the empire city damansara, the S&P stated VP upon CPC, hahahaha

now all the buyers have no way to demand LAD from the developer.

CPC can be in many condition and its from the Architect not from the Authority which is CCC

I do not expect LAD to come by easily with this developer.

At this stage, buyers better pray developer to complete the project. As it is commercial SPA I trust the progress billings is very one side to developer.

Heard the slope issue is not resolved... after more than 1.5 years still scratching head how to solve a small slope.

if can completed, buyer need to buy chicken and thanks to the gods already.

Built till this stage.. still figure out how to solve slope issue?

seriously, even if they complete the whole thing, the quality may be a pain.

Sovo bukan HDA , unless they give u sign a HDA agreement i assume ?

thats why im saying developer can manipulate the SPA since not under HDA

Taken two hours ago while waiting at the traffic light...
Seems there is some progress.l compared last photo....

Just added 1 floor in 3 months time. It is still very slow.

No disagreement..

Can also view from another angle, ie resuming work after a pause over complaints, "stop work" due to land/leakage etc, it is a relatively a "leap" already....
Not siding anyone.

Hope this "resuming" work continues and lasts until vp day.

If there are SOVO montena buyers in this forum, surely non are worry so far... Even Ekocheras buyers more worry about EKC than Montena buyers worry about Montena lol.

I have friend(s) buying both....
Hope the "jump start" of this project brings some relief.

Your friend worries more about Ekocheras or Montena?
