yeah very true. i stay at alam damai. i kinda enjoy the enviroment here.
once there condo are complete ( including the one opposite with 118 foodcout, i forgot the name)
the traffic here will be a nightmare to everyone who stay here.

yeah, about the building progression, i'd say good luck to those buyer. cuz it's not suppose to be that slow, must be something wrong.
don't forget inside damai perdana still have 1 prima and a few condo going to complete around year 2017 - 2018,
all share the main alam damai road, can't really imagine how congested it is going to be....damn!!

Cheras Sentral MRT Station is about 1 KM away. It may be still within walking distance but you will be sweating like mad by the time you reach the station.

If there are 22 floors to complete and the VP is mid 2016(say June), then the "desired" progress should be 22/9 = 2.4 floors-per-month....

Sure LAD. Not a bad thing if you are not waiting to use it...

But progress is not even worth mentioning. Bad.

Construction works have just reach typical floors. The progress could be speed up now.
