Yeah, I was considering Tucson and Sportage but not 308....

Test drove Tucson 2.0 HS last week, the suspension is more towards firm ride.
The 2.0 engine, for me is sufficient enough for daily usage.
But for HS model, the spec wasn't really high to begin with.

Haven't test drive Sportage yet..

My SA informed me ETA within July, and I was hoping around mid-July. But then again, within July is better than August .. I'll double confirm with HQ tomorrow ..

The same SA that I booked my Elantra only gave me rm 1000 discount. hmm.gif

I don't think that is a good offer. But I haven't check with other SA from different outlet yet..

But the Tucson 2.0 HS really lack of specs..
- no dual zone AC
- no cruise control
- no touch screen display HU with GPS
- no full leather seat
- no auto rain sensor
- no electric seat (even for a driver's side)
- SA told me no auto headlight (but if not mistaken, brochure stated have)
- rear middle seat safety belt is located on top of the head roof. Weird position if you ask me..

and the price to pay is extra rm 2x,xxx compared to Elantra 1.8

Thanks bro... The inokon logo makes a big diff in the price. The tech on Tucson seems pretty layback compare to elantra. Will see hw after test drive both Tucson Sportage n also 308/408. If wifey give greenlight will check out optima k5 as well biggrin.gif

Optima K5 = thumbup.gif

As for Peugeot car, do make more research on its Turbo Prince engine.. many owners facing problems with the engine.

I always favor to drive a sedan, but have the heart to own a SUV. So kinda dilemma.. lol ...

Consider Mazda cx5 instead. Good specs, and good reviews on their skyactiv

hi bro,

Maybe you could speak with SD customer service Faris @ 1300-132-000

I related your case to him. He also agreed that you shouldn't have to start your queuing.

The scenario given that customer have to start queuing is when:
Initially booked unpopular color, half way customer changed mind and opt for popular color, hence customer have to start over his/her queuing.

You may refer your case to him and see what helping he can provide to you. No harm in trying.

By the way, my queuing is on track, hopefully there won't be any unforeseen circumstances delaying my ETA.

Hi, looking for the best offer for Elantra 1.6HS. Went to SS2 and Puchong showroom, their offer does not sound attractive to me. Anyone had better ones?

Sifu sifu, do you have any sales agent to recommend to get Elantra? My location is near the Jalan 222 branch - anyone with experience with the agents there? Thanks!
