Getting my car is a painful experience. Booked on 12 April for Hyper Silver 1.8 with Wheelex n supposedly getting my car earlier last mth bt agent not picking my call i did a constant follow up with no response then I call up HQ n apparently the system show sleek silver. Make noise to both agent n HQ n they ask me to file complain. Done with complain I still have to further wait for 2 mths... Wrote another letter and appeal for management to look into my case. 2 days later they revert it's agent due diligence n they are sorry bt can't do much. Such a sad episode.... Sigh.... So after so much heartache I decided to cancel the purchase. Brother Steven u may remove my name frm the list

I too had an episode with agent and HQ.
- booked Ceramic White as 1st priority color and Hyper Silver as 2nd priority color
- after a month from the booking date, I called up HQ to check my queuing list
- after some bla..bla..bla.. he told me my booking color is Sleek Silver and no 2nd priority color stated
- I asked HQ guy to get things straight with my agent
- later that day, HQ guy feedback telling me he has spoken to my agent and already made correction on my car color(s)
- I asked him, do I need to start the queuing all over again? Because for hell I will not accept as this is  mis-communication between agent and HQ and I as a customer has nothing to do with it. HQ guy said no need, just continue queuing..

Hi bro... I did whatever I can.... To the extend I writing a complain n talk to the HQ. They suggested me to get silver or white but my heart is already set with hyper silver n it's nt my fault for this fiasco catastrophe. Ya it's sad this is happening man bt what to do... Life can b shitty at times. SIgh

It is such a bad experience my friend. Nothing against the car... my dream car actually within my budget bt SD n the SC I deal with is such a pain. the HQ nt helping much as well... Worst is the agent every 10 calls pick up once or twice with same excuse. Sigh.....

Etap, ya considering tucson or sportage... Or maybe 308. Will decide after test drive. Got bad jive with Hyundai nw so see lar hw after test drive. Anyone here got good SA tht can recommend?

So with such bad experience n services provided by SA, SC n SD. I cancelled the purchase. No offense to those who got their car. U guys are d lucky ones.... Don't have to go through the drama....

Test drove Tucson 2.0 HS last week, the suspension is more towards firm ride.
The 2.0 engine, for me is sufficient enough for daily usage.
But for HS model, the spec wasn't really high to begin with.

Haven't test drive Sportage yet..

My SA informed me ETA within July, and I was hoping around mid-July. But then again, within July is better than August .. I'll double confirm with HQ tomorrow ..

I don't think that is a good offer. But I haven't check with other SA from different outlet yet..

But the Tucson 2.0 HS really lack of specs..
- no dual zone AC
- no cruise control
- no touch screen display HU with GPS
- no full leather seat
- no auto rain sensor
- SA told me no auto headlight (but if not mistaken, brochure stated have)
- rear middle seat safety belt is located on top of the head roof. Weird position if you ask me..

and the price to pay is extra rm 2x,xxx compared to Elantra 1.8

Thanks bro... The inokon logo makes a big diff in the price. The tech on Tucson seems pretty layback compare to elantra. Will see hw after test drive both Tucson Sportage n also 308/408. If wifey give greenlight will check out optima k5 as well biggrin.gif

I related your case to him. He also agreed that you shouldn't have to start your queuing.

The scenario given that customer have to start queuing is when:
Initially booked unpopular color, half way customer changed mind and opt for popular color, hence customer have to start over his/her queuing.

You may refer your case to him and see what helping he can provide to you. No harm in trying.

By the way, my queuing is on track, hopefully there won't be any unforeseen circumstances delaying my ETA.

Hi bro... After some thoughts suv quite pricey n the tech is abit layback compare to the sedans... After having tested the 2.0 civic. Ill stick with Civic smile.gif
