But..
3. Service apartment (under HDA but commercial title)...Yes/No?
4. SOHO, SOVO, SOFO, SOXO...Yes/No?

if 3 and 4 not exempted, pure residential benefit
if 3 exempted but 4 not exempted, service apartment win on SOHO, SOVO
if 3 and 4 also exempted, then normal office will even much tougher..all small small firm will switch to SOHO to work...
anyone knows?

So if 3 exempted but 4 not exempted, means Block E will be much better than Block J & H
and if 3 and 4 both exempted, then buyer of block H & J laugh until can't sleep....

I'm confident to Ekovest mainly due to
1. Good track record for this company. They even made profit in year 2008 crisis
2. Duke highway as example, it was completed within timeline; Duke2 is going to start soon;
3. They are in construction line as main con long long time ago, they have other listed co ie township developer in Kajang and recent famous project in Johor ie Dangang Bay, its main shareholders have interest;
4. This company is quite low profile with consistent growth every year, and financial is good; can consider its share for mid - long term investment;
5. They have to ensure their first project is done properly and this project will be their landmark project.
6. In regards to VP that so many ppl questioned before, they have 4 years time n I think should be sufficient for them due to additional one year compare to norm; if late delivery then simple, compensate with LAD;
7. There are many buyers have checked the background of this co before they placed the booking. And they are aware of This co is not ah pig ah dog co or loss making or PN 17 company;
8. After VP for this project is already year 5, hold for a year then zero rate for RPGT
9. With their planning to open a road directly to MRR2 without going through the roundabout and road expansion in that area, it is indeed good news.

From Google Map, looks like distance from Tower E to MRT station is 400-500 meters

The unit l booked is facing the building....   
The only bright side l imagine is the building acts like a "shield" if explosion occurred at the petrol stations...

According to SA, the recycled units of block J and H r sold at 5% premium. Price went up already. Its confirmed.

According to sales agent ms yong, the above news is false and it will not happen.  If ur not convinced, u can call joe wong who is the head of sales and marketing.
